BREATHE Yoga for Moms

IMG_0693Motherhood can be tough. As a mother who experienced postpartum depression and anxiety, yoga was invaluable to my healing process. Because every stage of motherhood can present challenges, I offer BREATHE workshops specifically for mothers. In these workshops, we explore techniques of self care including breathing, stretching, and constructive rest to find emotional balance. These are tools that have worked for me, that I long to share with others. Please share with the mothers in your life, particularly those who struggle with perinatal mood disorders. Note- I am not a therapist. I’m a yoga teacher and health coach who has walked the path.
